JKM Motor Services Ltd has been established since 2002. JKM Performance
was lauched in the summer of 2006.
The Directors of JKM Motor Services Ltd are James Mew and Katie Burch
(Brother and Sister).
JKM has a fully equipped large 3 bay automotive workshop, along with
a 1200BHP Rolling road housed in its own purpose constructed building.
We also have a general site reception where we happily accept personal
callers during business hours. JKM are not an Internet only business,
giving you extra piece of mind that you can visit our site if ever you
wish to meet us in person.

JKM use either Interlink/ DPD, and on occassion Postoffice® First

A delivery attempted card should be left by the courier/postal services
if nobody is able to accept delivery when the delivery company attempts.
It is the customer’s responsibility to liaise with the courier
for re-delivering of the shipment.

JKM Motor Servcies aim to dispatch any items in stock ordered before
1.30pm on the same day as the order is recieved. However during busy
periods your order may be dispatched on the next working day. Please
contact us if your order is urgent. For Items that are non stock, we
aim to despatch within 3-5 working days.
Please note that if you are from the Highlands and Islands of
Scotland - specifically postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW,
PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE
- then we reserve the right to increase shipping charges to you due
to the increased cost to JKM through our couriers and postal services.
Special order items, and Items that are on back order with the supplying
company will be despatched as soon as they become available, JKM
will inform you by Email if your item is on back order.

The Law :
Your rights to return goods is protected under the EU Distance Selling

It is your responsibility to ensure that a product will fit your application,
and is suitable for the use you intend it to be.
Return of items for replacement :
If the goods we send you are found to be faulty or damaged on receipt,
and prior to installation, please contact us by Phone or Email to arrange
for a replacement.
Return of items for refund :
The above regulations permit you a 7 day cooling off period in which
time you may return the goods to us for a refund. Please note that if
you are returning goods because you have simply changed your mind then
you must contact us by email first at email@example.com
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to JKM and
the returns must be made by either recorded or registered delivery so
that you can be sure we receive them.
The returned goods must also be in as new condition with the
original undamaged packaging. Once we receive the goods back
we will refund the original purchase price excluding the initial delivery
cost to you.
Please be aware that any item(s) that are returned to JKM due to the
customer 'changing their mind' then a 15% handling charge will be applied
to the returned goods.
Your Credit or Debit card will be charged usually on the day that you
place your order with us. You will receive a confirmation of your order
via Email and confirmation that your payment has been processed successfully.
Please note that as we use PayPal® to initiate payment transactions,
this element of order process is not directly under control by JKM Motor
Services Ltd. Please note that if you wish to have a refund on a product
then it typically takes 2 to 4 days to complete due to the operating
timescales introduced through PayPal® systems.
It is the purchasers responsibility to follow all installation instructions,
guidelines and safety procedures supplied with any of our products and
to determine the compatibility of the product with the vehicle or the
application the purchaser wishes to install the product on.
